- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably within apartment, facilities, building maintenance, or related environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or related disciplines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seasonal workload fluctuations, and on-call rotations of at least one week per month
- Reliable transportation for responding to emergency service requests while on call
- Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work, including moving equipment and machinery as required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

What You Need to Know
