- Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general building maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, with a commitment to quality and safety
- Flexibility to support community needs, including evenings, weekends, rotating on-call responsibilities, and seasonal business demands
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts
- The ability to safely perform physical work, including moving equipment, tools, and materials as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
