- 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or building operations experience, ideally in multifamily, hospitality, commercial real estate, healthcare, or similar service-focused environments
- 3+ years of experience leading maintenance, facilities, or technical service teams
- Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and asset preservation
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, inventory, and competing operational priorities
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and participation in an on-call rotation
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- A proven leader who develops teams, builds accountability, and drives performance
- Technically skilled with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Organized, decisive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
