- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, emergency call coverage, and rotating on-call responsibilities
- Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency response when scheduled for on-call duty
- Ability to safely lift, move, and work with maintenance equipment and materials
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

What You Need to Know
