- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, rotating on-call coverage, and other schedules required to support community operations.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to respond to emergency service requests while participating in after-hours on-call rotations.
- Ability and willingness to perform the physical demands of the role, including moving equipment, lifting materials, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
