Who You Are

3+ years of multifamily maintenance, facilities management, building operations, or related property maintenance experience.
1+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing maintenance technicians or service teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage work orders, preventive maintenance programs, apartment turns, vendor relationships, and maintenance operations.
Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.
A reliable mode of transportation.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, emergency response situations, and rotating on-call assignments.
Ability to safely lift, move, and operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Passionate about developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
Ability to diagnose and solve complex maintenance challenges.
Solutions-oriented and proactive in addressing issues before they impact residents.
Practical, resourceful, and confident making operational decisions.

What You Need to Know
