Education High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience with stamping and Roll forming presses and manufacturing.
- Previous experience operating robotic welders preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings, strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of measuring tools.
- Detail-oriented, good problem-solving, teamwork, physical stamina (lifting, standing).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of automated systems.
- Basic manual welding skills (MIG/TIG) preferred, certificate is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
- Physical ability to lift and move parts.
