Qualifications

High School Diploma
Experience in supervising and directing building operations and maintenance of equipment for a singular federal facility of at least 500,000 square feet.
Shall possess one or more of the following certifications: 1. North American Technician Excellence (NATE) HVAC Service Technician Certification 2. HVAC Excellence Professional Level Certification 3. UA Star HVAC Mastery Certification

3. UA Star HVAC Mastery Certification
Must maintain a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education per year from either NATE, HVAC Excellence, or UA Star recognized provider program.
