What you will do
- Perform general building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvements.
- Complete special projects across the Daniels property portfolio.
- Inspect facilities and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Coordinate subcontractors and assist with project planning and scheduling.
- Support preventative maintenance programs and respond to facility maintenance issues.
- Assist with roofing and other capital improvement projects as needed.
- Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations, building codes, and Daniels safety standards.
- Travel extensively throughout the United States.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of commercial construction or facility maintenance experience.
- Skilled trade experience in carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or general construction.
- Knowledge of commercial building systems and construction practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- OSHA certification preferred.
