HSE Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of HSE engineering experience in oil and gas, power, or utilities sector
- Proven expertise in security systems, including CCTV and access control system knowledge
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and hazard analysis techniques
- Demonstrated experience managing HSE compliance across multisite locations
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and local safety standards
- Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze safety data and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver HSE training
- Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid HSE certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Familiarity with international HSE standards and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a multisite, fast-paced environment
