Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle approved for commercial delivery use
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standards
Must pass a criminal background check
Excellent driving record with no major violations
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and genuine customer service orientation
Familiarity with the St. Louis area and local neighborhoods
Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing roles
Knowledge of GPS and navigation systems
Experience using mobile delivery applications
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
