- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support community needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and seasonal schedules as needed.
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call.
- Ability to safely perform physical work and move equipment, tools, and materials as required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
