This position is located onsite in Monroe, WI at 350 17th St, Monroe, WI 53566.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably within a printing, packaging, web converting, or similar high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing three-phase electrical systems (up to 480V), mechanical drive systems, and complex pneumatic/hydraulic controls.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals specific to industrial printing machinery.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all OSHA regulations.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience providing maintenance support on machinery manufactured by Jennerjahn, Rotoflex, Toppan Moore, EVTEC, VITS, Sanford.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor program modifications (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Working knowledge of process control systems, vision systems, and quality inspection equipment used in label and forms production.
Additional Information
3rd Shift Position Hours (1 position available) Approx. 11:00pm to 7:00am. Qualified candidates must be able to work evening and morning hours. There is a $3.00 per hour premium shift differential.
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficient, performance, shift, and location. In addition to the base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus, overtime, shift differential, call-in and stand-by pay.
