What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist clients, guests, and team members with friendliness and professionalism
  • Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and courtesy
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including project assistance
  • Help wrap homeowner gifts
  • Support the HR team with employee recognition initiatives such as birthday and anniversary gifts
  • Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and inviting
