High school degree or GED equivalent, technical school, or college experience.
Minimum of 2 years' work experience as a concrete laborer or mason.
Must complete OSHA 10 - hour and OSHA 30 - hour training program.
Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.
Excellent communication, organization and people skills, with proven success working in team environments.
Must be able to work with limited supervision.
