Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and timely service.

Schedule

The hourly pay ranges from $19/hr to $22/hr, based on the candidate's experience. Pay is weekly on Fridays.Our client is eager to help you establish a long-term career with their team. Proven experience in customer service, with a strong preference for roles focusing on data entry and Excel.

Medium-Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Aptitude for problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic computer skills and typing speed of 50+ wpm.
