What You’ll Do

Supervise and lead production employees to meet daily and weekly manufacturing goals
Oversee welding operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met
Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to optimize output
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and management
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members

Who You Are

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong background in welding and fabrication processes
Proven experience in employee management, supervision, or team leadership
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
