What We Offer
The RoleThe Laser Operator is responsible for operating and programming our TRUMPF Boost Laser cutting and bending systems, ensuring accurate, high-quality output on every run.

Requirements
- 2nd Shift - 2:00PM - 10:30PM
- Air-conditioned facility — because Arizona is no joke
- $20.00–$24.00/hr based on experience with weekly pay
- Monday- Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm
- Paid holidays
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
- All tools and equipment provided
- Operate TRUMPF Boost Laser cutting and bending system programs
- Program files for laser cut nesting
- Convert SolidWorks files into laser sheet metal files for production
- Create standard work instructions for new and existing programs
- Troubleshoot CNC programs and implement process improvements
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure accuracy and quality
- Experience with CNC laser cutting, bending systems, and workflows
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and similar equipment
- Understanding of welding and final assembly of complex sheet metal assemblies
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Collaborative team player across departments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Experience in metal fabrication preferred
- Experience in laser operation and programming preferred
- Prior use of TRUMPF systems, Boost Programs, or TruTops is a strong plus
- Basic computer skills required
