Perform manual labor tasks including digging trenches, unloading materials, and preparing job sites
Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, picks, and other construction equipment
Assist with building and maintaining aerial and underground cable systems
Transport heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites
Support telecom construction crews during installation and repair projects
Learn to operate and maintain various telecom construction tools and equipment
Follow project plans, safety standards, and company procedures
Work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions
Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors on daily construction activities
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Support long-term infrastructure and community improvement projects
