What You’ll Do Here

  • Lead and coach a regional team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring performance goals and call quality standards are consistently met.
  • Manage dispatch and call workflows to balance workloads, improve response times, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Call Center leadership to refine scripts, campaigns, and overall customer experience.
  • Audit calls, deliver feedback, and implement process improvements that enhance consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee Hatch campaigns, call reclassification, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance across regions
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a call center or home services environment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical preferred).
  • A strong track record of achieving KPIs and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan, Hatch, Five9 or similar CRM/call management systems.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills with a passion for customer experience.
  • A proactive, organized mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team setting.

This position offers an expected annual salary range of $75,000–$80,000, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on performance and/or applicable incentive plans.
