- 2+ years of leadership experience in a call center or home services environment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical preferred).
- A strong track record of achieving KPIs and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience with ServiceTitan, Hatch, Five9 or similar CRM/call management systems.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills with a passion for customer experience.
- A proactive, organized mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team setting.

This position offers an expected annual salary range of $75,000–$80,000, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on performance and/or applicable incentive plans.
