What you'll do
The Order Manager oversees and coordinates the end-to-end order fulfillment process in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures timely, accurate processing of customer orders from receipt through production scheduling, shipment, and invoicing, while maintaining strong cross-functional communication with production, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Manage the entire order lifecycle: receive, review, enter, and track customer orders in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with production planning to ensure orders are scheduled and manufactured on time.
- Liaise with logistics and shipping teams to arrange timely delivery of finished goods.
- Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
- Monitor inventory levels to confirm availability of finished goods.
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or quality issues with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all relevant systems.
- Support sales and customer service teams with order-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and any applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, Monday.com, Shipwell) and order processing workflows.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling and inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Where you'll work
This role will be based in our Houston offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays.
