- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years documented field work in the commercial industry
- Proven work experience as an Electrical Foreman or a similar supervisory role.
- Experience: Able to manage 5 to 30 men
- Size of Projects: $10,000K - $15M
- Travel: Willing to travel as needed
- Punctuality: Punctual, motivated and detail oriented
- Superior communication. Possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required
- Note: This is a local Position (on site in San Antonio). Start Date: ASAP.
- Organizational: Must be organized, plan and coordinate work ahead of time.
- Management: Manage each project effectively by ensuring that all materials, tools equipment and job information are on the jobsite.

- Troubleshooting: Investigate and problem solve to determine the most efficient way to install changes to existing service.

- Estimate the general amount of time and material to complete service tasks, considering the needs and manpower requirements
- Able to work from all type ladders (step ladders up to 14โ, โAโ frame ladders, and all size extension ladders and carry and relocate up to 12โ step ladders by oneself
- Able to perform work at various heights, up to 90โ from ladders. Scaffold, aerial lifts, cat walks or other safe work areas.
- Able to work in restricted areas (Switchgear room, manholes, utility tunnels, crawl spaces, and attics)
- Always wear personal protective equipment (hard hat and safety glasses).
- Capability:
- Lift 51 pounds, 20 times per day
- Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers and constantly moving your feet
- Climb ladders (all types)
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and ensuring high-quality installations
- Ensuring all electrical work complies with the strictest safety standards and regulations
- Managing project schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Training and mentoring junior electricians and promoting continuous learning within the team.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Inspecting electrical work for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting complex electrical problems effectively and efficiently.
- Staying updated with the latest electrical technologies and practices to enhance team capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and the National Electrical Code.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to lead a team of electricians.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address and resolve work-related issues.
- Additional certifications may be beneficial, such as OSHA safety training or specialized electrical system training.
