Must be able to operate tractors/trailers and perform basic equipment maintenance
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication (oral and written)
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing needs
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify/report issues
