· Conduct Pre-Installation Assessments (on site and remotely) to verify measurements and product specifications.
· Provide installation solutions that meet customer expectations for cost-effective window and door replacements.

· Adhere to established Renewal processes and standards.
· Recognize situations that could have an impact on customer expectations, job costs, and code performance, and provide alternatives as needed.
· Evaluate the condition of existing structures, frames, sashes, casings, and trims.
· Document any environmental or climate concerns, structural issues, or aesthetic considerations.
· Compare findings to project specifications, verify that the order meets the customer’s needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
· Provide detailed written instructions for the installation crew.
· Create a materials list needed to complete the installation.
· Draft a floorplan when required by permit code.
· Prepare the homeowner for the installation appointment and the next steps in the process.
· Complete and submit required paperwork that is neat, accurate, and thorough in a timely manner.
· Keep team members informed of customer interactions and actions taken.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in residential construction.
· 3+ years of technical assessment experience in the home improvement industry.
· Proficient in measuring and installing residential windows.
· Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
· Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple assignments.
· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams, and video conferencing.
· Professional appearance, excellent oral and written communication skills, team player, strong work ethic.
· Licensed California driver with access to a reliable, insured vehicle

$500-$1,500
per month
- Competitive hourly rate of $31-$33/hour plus BONUS opportunity once training is completed. Potential Bonuses: $500-$1,500/month.

- Full time, 40 hours/5 days a week, typically 8 am-6 pm, weekend availability required.
