Required Qualifications

3-5 years experience in any of Defence, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics
You have an insanely high execution bar, and will see projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward
You’ll use your qualitative and quantitative skill set to help create key analysis to influence and execute on operational decisions
You have product taste, and are able to think through how business systems requirements should be shaped, and partner with broader Corporate Technology teams on conceiving and testing workflows
You have a knack for process and are able to identify how various parts of the operation string together
You’ll communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization and regions to clearly communicate and achieve cross-functional outcomes
You consider people, and you love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way
You’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
You’re genuinely curious and creative, wanting to dive deep into a variety of operational process and systems problems and think critically to define optimal solutions
You’re observant and anticipate cross-functional issues/need and potential solutions before the broader org may notice
Extremely organised and detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance
