- Strong commitment to workplace safety with the ability to recognize and appropriately address potential safety risks.
- Minimum of 10 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including significant experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and/or transportation functions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop employees.
- Ability to quickly learn production processes and develop effective working relationships with Production and other operational teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems, including inventory and pick, pack, and ship transactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively contribute within a team environment.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
