Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics)
2+ years' experience in a Data Analysis role
Understanding of statistical concepts and mathematical principles relevant to data analysis
Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and aggregation
Experience with data visualization and exploration tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Plotly, Grafana)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Aptitude for data storytelling
Strong communication skills to convey complex results to various stakeholders
A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with tools for database extract, transform, and load (e.g., dbt)
Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, dplyr)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience collaborating with data engineering teams using shared data platform architecture
