- Read and interpret assembly orders and technical instructions accurately, following all specifications from top to bottom
- Execute external and internal assembly processes for mechanical components, including knobs, levers, springs, shims, and plates
- Apply appropriate materials such as plastic washers and grease according to product requirements
- Test assembled components to verify proper mechanism function and ensure correct tightness and alignment
- Maintain organized and clean workstations throughout your shift, keeping only necessary materials readily accessible
- Refill individual and shared bins as needed to support continuous workflow
- Track productivity and quality metrics on hourly documentation sheets, recording completion times and any discrepancies
- Demonstrate flexibility by working across various departments and roles as needed to support operational demands
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow assemblers to resolve challenges and maintain consistent output
- Meet established productivity and quality goals while maintaining a strong work ethic
