Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, following dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Utilize factory-approved diagnostic tools to identify and address vehicle issues effectively.
- Conduct inspections and identify vehicle malfunctions, keeping detailed records of all work performed.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and participate in manufacturer-provided training.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle issues and necessary repairs.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and maintain dealership standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and uphold the highest level of workmanship in all repairs.
Qualifications
- Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician or dealership experience strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician, ideally working with luxury or high-performance vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of electronic systems, engines, and mechanical components.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Dedication to delivering top-tier customer service and quality repair work.
