- Education High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree, vocational training, or trade certificate in facilities maintenance, building trades, or related discipline preferred.
- Experience 1 to 3+ years of experience in industrial or commercial building maintenance.Solid working knowledge of general plumbing, light carpentry, building structures, and low-voltage electrical systems.Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and basic electrical testing equipment.Ability to read and interpret basic facility schematics, piping diagrams, and equipment operation manuals.Ability to exert 20 to 50 lbs of force occasionally and 10 to 25 lbs of force frequently.Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and work from ladders or elevated platforms.Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.Ability to obtain and maintain RRD Forklift Certification.

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $27.00-$38.32 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
