Production Supervisor (Weekday 2nd Shift - DET)

· Prior shift lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing

· Experience in metals, aluminum, or aerospace/defense supply chains

· Forklift and/or overhead crane certification

· Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter

Weekdays, Second Shift Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM

· Lead your shift team, set the pace, and own the outcome for safety, quality, and output

· Assign work, set priorities, and keep the shift on the production schedule

· Train and coach team members on equipment, safety, and our software

· Enforce safety rules and PPE, stop unsafe work, and report incidents and near misses

· Run a clean handoff, pass open jobs and issues to the next shift lead

· Operate saws, CNC, and handling equipment to cut and inspect aluminum to spec

· Run forklifts and overhead cranes, we’ll train and certify you

· Record cut data and job completions in our software systems, accurately, every time

· Complete other tasks as assigned

· Self-directed, you can run the floor with a smaller team and keep production moving

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate heavy equipment and be on your feet for a full shift with or without reasonable accommodation
