- Basic computer skills, including experience with handheld scanners or inventory systems
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, and shipping documents
- Comfortable working at heights while using fall protection equipment
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and adapt to varying temperatures
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company safety policies
