Precision Metal Fabricator – TIG Welding (Aluminum & Stainless) Location: Hanover, PA Shift: First Shift | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Overtime: Occasional Saturdays and extended hours based on production needs Compensation: Starting at $24/hour+ (depending on experience and skill level) Position Summary A fast-paced fabrication and manufacturing environment is seeking a skilled Precision Metal Fabricator with strong TIG welding experience in aluminum and stainless steel. This role combines hands-on welding, fabrication, fitting, and assembly work to produce custom metal components and specialty structures. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and producing clean, high-quality finished products while working efficiently within a production setting.
