Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a practical, technically knowledgeable professional who enjoys being involved in daily facility operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with maintenance teams, contractors and client representatives, and will take pride in maintaining a safe, efficient and well-operated facility.

Start Date As soon as possible to support the transition of this newly awarded contract.

5+ years of experience in facility management, building maintenance or a related technical field.
Working knowledge of commercial building systems, particularly HVAC, electrical and mechanical equipment.
Experience coordinating maintenance activities, contractors and service providers.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and maintain positive client relationships.
Understanding of workplace safety and building maintenance practices.
Experience managing commercial, industrial or multi-building facilities.
Technical education or certification in facilities management, engineering or building maintenance.
Experience with building automation systems, asset management or facility condition assessments.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
