Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a prototype, machine shop, manufacturing, or fabrication environment.
- Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines.
- Experience with CNC programming software (Mastercam preferred).
- Experience operating manual machine tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds and work in a manufacturing/shop environment.
- Associate's degree or higher in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with additive manufacturing technologies, including FDM and SLA printing.
- Experience with welding, brazing, or fiberglass fabrication.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between the range of $72,000- $78,000; individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
