Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, alongside a minimum of 3 years of leadership, process improvement, and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team of talent while fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations systems, processes, technology, and standard operating procedures, with a proven track record of achieving operational results through delegation and teamwork.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and implement corrective solutions, accompanied by effective organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) and lean continuous improvement tools, supported by effective written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
