3+ years of experience in facilities, warehouse operations, inventory, asset management, equipment rental, shipping and receiving, construction operations, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Experience working with tools, equipment, fleet assets, or inventory tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Experience in construction, electrical or mechanical contracting, industrial environments, or the trades is preferred.
Experience with tool tracking software, CMMS, or work order management systems is preferred.
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, security, or other building systems is a plus.
Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment is preferred.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the workday.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds.
Ability to work in office, warehouse, shop, yard, and active construction environments.
Ability to work around moving equipment, machinery, materials, and vehicles.
Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and outdoor environments.
Occasional travel between KE locations.
Ability to maintain a high level of safety awareness and consistently follow company and site-specific safety requirements.

Pay Range: $28 - $36 per hour
