Perform repairs and maintenance to air conditioning, furnace, plumbing, electrical, and other related systems and other equipment. Respond to emergency situations such as fire, power outage, gas or water leak, and the like.
Job Functions
- Perform basic mechanical and HVAC/R repairs along with preventative maintenance
- Working knowledge in HVAC systems to include ice machines, PTACs and walk in refrigeration
- In depth knowledge of facilities infrastructure and basic critical facilities operations
- Provide superior guest service
- Universal EPA certification required
- Other duties assigned
