Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience in Warehousing
- Strong written and verbal skill
- Ability to communicate in English
- Judgement and decision making
- Adept knowledge of RF Scanners/Systems
- Use of computers and associated software programs including Microsoft Office
- Ability to be certified to operate a Forklift (Order Picker, Sit-down or Walkie-Rider)
- Ability to understand the basic throughput of a Logistics Operation
- Ability to lead 10 or more people in a warehouse setting
- Shipping and/or Receiving experience
