- Foreman experience on commercial, industrial, or large-scale electrical construction projects.
- OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, NCCER, or other industry-recognized certifications.
- Experience with material planning, procurement coordination, and production tracking.
- Strong troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Required
- 7+ years of electrical construction experience, including 4+ years leading electrical crews on commercial, industrial, or mission critical projects.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Colorado or a reciprocal state with the ability to obtain Colorado reciprocity, as applicable.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Proven experience coordinating manpower, materials, and field production to meet project goals.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with company, state, and OSHA requirements.
Work Environment
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
