Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supply needs.
Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software to identify faults, monitor inputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting.
Perform root cause analysis on recurring mechanical and electrical failures.
Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
Manage and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers performing work onsite.
Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
