Essential Duties

Assist in managing day-to-day maintenance activities across the company.
Oversee, manage, and direct all Maintenance staff by effectively delegating any maintenance issues to the right skilled individuals.
Assist in creating, implementing, and maintaining an up-to-date Preventive Maintenance Plans for all company equipment and facilities.
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, oversee and actively participate in equipment repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting activities.
Fulfil all facility maintenance requests in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Assist with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Conduct monthly inventory.
Assess current maintenance work processes to optimize efficiency.
Utilize data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems.
Complete and submit Work Orders, ensuring all essential information is included.
Train and mentor maintenance personnel on maintenance, fabrication, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
Record and tracking daily progress/error reports.
Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed.
Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to state/federal laws and company protocol.
Complete mandatory weekly/monthly or as-needed safety trainings.
