Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of facility maintenance or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, manlifts, motorized equipment, and company vehicles.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math, communicate effectively, and complete required documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance expectations.
- Ability to follow all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout and hazardous materials procedures.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive physical tasks as needed.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.

$20.47 and up DOE
Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
