Work Environment
Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, with seasonal temperature variations and moderate to high noise levels.
Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in accordance with company safety standards and may include safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety shoes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with HydraForce products and the ability to identify parts accurately preferred.
- Experience with small parcel and freight shipping preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners and SAP or other ERP systems required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to coordinate workflow and collaborate effectively across departments.
- TWI Trainer qualification required.
- Q-Pulse knowledge required.
- Familiarity with material-handling equipment, including electric banders, aerial lifts, stackers, electric pallet jacks, and skid wrappers, preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to repetitively lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to push carts carrying heavy loads.
- Ability to perform the physical activities necessary to support shipping operations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Additional Information
Compensation range: $20.00-$23.00 USD per hour, plus an additional $2 shift premium when start time is 2:00pm or later
