Handle Junk RemovalPerform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
Manage Efficiency Manage daily operations, monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Represent Our BrandCollaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
Development Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
