Key Responsibilities

Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machines (e.g., Flat and Tube Laser, Press Brake, and Panel Bender) according to work orders and engineering drawings.
Load and align tooling, fixtures, and program parts based on engineering specs.
Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to tolerances using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery; report issues to maintenance/lead personnel.
Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Document machine run times, material usage, and production data accurately.

Qualifications

Prior experience operating CNC machines and/or press brakes in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
Basic understanding of machine setup, tooling changes, and part measurement.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standard work instructions.
Comfortable use of precision measuring tools.
Commitment to safety standards and quality outcomes.
Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Formal technical training or certification in machining, fabrication, or related fields.
Experience with industrial metal fabrication processes (sheet/plate steel).
Familiarity with CAD/CAM or CNC programming fundamentals.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. and walk fabrication areas.
Will be assigned to a machine for the duration of the shift and is expected to stand and remain on their feet throughout the workday, except during scheduled breaks and meal periods.
This is a full-time onsite position based in Phoenix, AZ.
