Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Ability to work cross-functionally

Strong project management skills
Knowledge of all PV related certification including but not limited to; UL1703, IEC 61215, IEC61730-1, IEC61730- 2
Knowledge in working with Lean Manufacturing/JIT, Six Sigma methodologies and Total Quality fundamentals
Proficient in Excel
Detail oriented
Excellent mistake-proofing, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree in STEM, related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years in Quality Assurance
5 years in PV manufacturing or another PV-related field, preferred
5 years in Supervision/Management preferred
