Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required
- Must have the ability to read and interpret job specifications and identifying the correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.
- Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental procedures and/or methods when completing assignments.
- Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures.
- Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a higher-level employee.
- Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Skill in assembling standard shipping boxes and packing contents securely.
- Basic skill in the use of manual dollies, pallet jacks, carts or hand trucks and hand tools used in material handling tasks such as tape fasteners, and related equipment.
- Basic arithmetic to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Must be willing to flex schedule to meet the needs of production, including working overtime or a different shift, if needed.
Additional Information
10 hour B Shift - Tues- Fri, 5PM-3AM.
Pay rate for this location is: $15.31 hourly plus Differential: $1.25 hourly
The national pay range for this role is $15.31 - $16.06 per hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
