Install and assemble screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and other components
Maintain inventory of components, hardware, and other necessary department items
Coordinate assembly area and maintain assembly equipment
Communicate with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
Complete all reports and associated paperwork legibly
High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Demonstrated inspection competence
Basic mathematical skills
Mechanical and technical capacity
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Great teammate with integrity and a dedication to safety
