- 2+ years of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment
- Proficiency with warehouse inventory systems and RF scanners
- Ability to identify produce quality and perform accurate counts with basic math skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Ability to work overtime when business demands require (seasonal peaks, vacation coverage, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Inventory control experience
- Demonstrated ability to build cooperative relationships across departments
